      I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I was very sad to see the Collingswood branch close. The other day I went in the Maple Shade branch, but the systems were down. I was short on time so I figured I could just go to the Marlton branch. To my surprise that branch was closed. So I was thrilled to try yet again yesterday.. Kendall was so helpful, patient, and kind. He went above and beyond to assist.

      Closing the Glendora branch is a disservice to our area. Sad to say I will be changing banks to a local PNC bank. What happened to keep it local.

      Ocean First Bank recently advised they were upgrading their online banking. I was always able to transfer money from one account to a HELOC against the principal; however, after the "upgrade" I contacted customer service and was told this feature no longer worked! My only options to ensure the transfer would go against the principal was to go directly to the bank which is inconvenient since my local branch closed or logon from the main screen and then send an email to someone to be certain the money would go against the principal--very time consuming and convoluted. At that time I spoke online with one rep and a manager who could not tell me when the issue would be corrected nor did she seem to care. Today I decided to go to the Maple Shade branch. Kendall Wright provided me with excellent customer service. He not only listened was apologetic, and told me he would escalate the issue to find out when this would be resolved and get back to me. THANK YOU KENDALL!!

      Horrible service. Tellers were rude and Drive-Thru had no idea how to take a loan payment.

      Very Good Service, Professional and Knowledgeable Representatives with Efficency, Manager is Accommodating. We have been with Kendall for Years prior to the taking over or Name Change by Ocean First. The Facility is very Clean, and Covid Guidelines are enforced.

      Great Bank! I just opened an account there and everyone was super helpful. My 3 year old was getting a little fussy while we were waiting and the manager brought him over a toy. Everyone was professional, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend banking here!

      Exceptional customer service. My family came here to deal with personal matters and every one treated us with so much respect. It’s such a comforting atmosphere. We were offered ice cold water or coffee while we waited. Coming here was such a great experience.

      I’ve had my checking account with OceanFirst for about 3-4 years now and they are wonderful. They have always helped me through any issue I’ve had, they even reimburse me for any atm fees.

      I honestly don’t know anything about apr’s or rate and etc. I can only tell you that because of the place I work at I have to go to this place once a week ( supposed to be twice but I can’t handle it) to do a deposit and I hate it. I’m always the only customer in the place yet there is never a teller at the window and I always get told by some dude in the glass offices that they will be with my in a minute. So then I wait.... and wait ... and wait. The customer service here is absolutely horrific. Then after what should only be a 5 to 10 min stop yet it turns into a 20 to 30 minute journey, they try to small talk. Listen just hep the customers coming through the doors and maybe I wouldn’t be the only one in there... every single time....
