  When i first left a review for Stewart Financial, I was pretty hot under the collar. In working via email with Jacqueline Jones/Loan Service Representative, I realized that the error was on my side. She was terrific really organized and helped me get squared away. Thank you Jacqueline!

  This company is a ripoff. They charged me for a repossession fee and my vehicle was never repossessed. I reported them to the BBE and I recommend getting a lawyer if you deal with them!!!!!!!!!!

  I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I think this company was working against me. Any time I start paying more than the minimum payment, my online account would disappear. So I would call in to make a payment. Then my saved bank info would disappear. So I'd have to pay by card. It seems as though any time I try to speed up the process, they try some juvenile method of slowing me down. Hate. This company.

  I never am one to write reviews but this has been bothering me for a few days now. After calling a few times and getting no answer, a woman by the name of Keysha answered. Almost immediately, her voice was raised and just over talked me and then hung up one me. As if that little trip into the ghetto wasn't enough, i called back for a supervisor and no one was answering. The whole reason for my call was because their website is terrible and you can't make payments on it and they don't answer the phone so you end up with a late charge. Only use this company if you want to talk to people from the ghetto if they even answer the phone.

  I never ever write reviews but I think this one is warranted. This is the worst loan company ever!!!!!!! I tried to explain my situation to the man that handles my account (I use the term man very loosely) only to be marginalized by this person. I have never been spoken to in this manner. Very rude and ignorant people that work for this company. Avoid if at all possible.

  Steward Financial is a great company. They have always helped me, in my time of need. Just recently, I went through a life change. I spoke to a rep named Brenda. She was very understanding and gave me options. She took her time with me. I was so grateful for her, I thought i was going to lose my car and she helped me. Thank you so much Brenda. God Bless you always.

  Contacted them about a breach in contract. The rep kept speaking over me and telling me I was wrong. Then when asked for a supervisor, he put me on hold for a total of 2 seconds, came back and said that their was not supervisor in the building. All around great!

  I'll admit, I had a few late payments, but I pay the late fees. Making payments through COVID and they sell our loan out from under us? I paid off 2 cards through Wells Fargo automotive last year! I like the car, just wish I had never used these guys.

  My Client who is a famous actor/artists went against my word and used this company to secure a loan.... DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF... Would U fly on Soul Plane? No... So dont use this institution to secure a loan. They will steal your money and mess up your credit.

  I have one huge issue with this company... every six months I get a notice that I fo not have coverage on my vehicle... I have had the same Insurance company since I purchased me vehicle, in which the lien holder shows Steward... instead of doing their job and contacting the insurance company for proof, which they have all the right to do, they decide to send threatening letter in regards to force placed insurance.... I already had a conversation with them and their excuse was they dont have the manpower to follow up with the insurance company... So they make the consumer do their job by sending out threatening letters to compensate their lack of resources as a lender... not my problem! Get it together and do your job!!
