  I have used Julie for three diferente mortgages she is the best! Many of my friends and family have run into issues with their mortgages with other brokers I always recommend Julie everyone I have referred has had the same experience I have had! She is thorough and knowledgeable if she says you will qualify you will!

  Ashli and her team at Village Mortgage were so helpful and patient with me for months answering my questions about credit, financing, and all things mortgages while I was preparing to buy. Once I found the house I wanted, she was able to get our closing date within three weeks then beat that by about a week. TWO WEEKS between going under contract and closing. She is incredible and I highly recommend her for lending!

  Juli and her team were fantastic. They helped us manage two transactions: one to sell our old home to a family member and the second to buy another home. The team were incredibly responsive to my questions and very knowledgeable. When my chosen insurance company quoted us a really high mortgage premium for our new home, Juli shopped around to get us a policy that was half the price, saving us hundreds of dollars each year. I was referred to Village Mortgage by another family member, and I wasn't disappointed! I highly recommend.
