  for 10 months of the year2020 i have not received the $1262.00 from the social security admin or the money was removed by some one else causing the redit union to send mr letters that my bank checking was zero and i had to deposit some money to cover the checks i was writing to pay my utility bills , but the crediit unionpaid for the checks plus they charged a overdraft fe of$25.00 when i inquired by phone to customer service about the status of my social security monthly beneifit check, i got nothing.i need a certified public accountant to investigate, i took out a personal loan to cover the overdrafts $10,000.00i feel like i have been robbed!!. sing mark lee and irmgard lee

  I recently became a member of Mountain America Credit Union. I was referred to them through a car purchase and was so impressed with the level of customer service that I have decided to move all my banking to Mountain America. While signing up I worked with Jerri who has been the epitome of friendly, prompt, and thorough customer service. As the face of my banking experience, Jerri has left me with a sense of wanting to earn my business, not just handle my money. I am looking forward to working with them in the future. 5-stars across the board! I could not be more pleased with Mountain America Credit Union.

  Stood in line (inside of Branch) for over 18 minutes, while 1 teller handled the line of people. Everyone must of called in today (except for the 3 important people that stood behind the clerk, the entire time) Unbelievable

  Nice and friendly employees but seemed like everyone was relatively new because they had a lot of questions and were quite unsure how to cash a cashier's check from their bank for me because I didn't have an account with them. But although I was there longer than I wanted to be if I ever decide to open an account anywhere I would consider Mountain America.

  Everytime I go in there there's this kid with blonde hair, I believe his name is Quinn. He never wants to help me. There is nobody at his station and he doesnt look like hes doing anything. There are other tellers who are busy but they finish and help me instead. I really love this credit union but he always makes me want to close my account and take my money elsewhere. Very disappointed

  Heather S. was so helpful when I switched from a bank to MACU. She answered all my questions and helped me open multiple accounts and a loan.

  They are always very friendly and Angie bernabe she is really nice and very helpful she help me get a car loans Mortgage loan at a super low rate then the other credit union I really recommend this credit union for any loan
