Fogerty Arena5I saw a review with the guy saying nothing worked. I have been with the bank since they opened and will never leave until they kick me out. Every time I have an issu, problem, question, they come to my aid faster than I could of asked for. on line banking has only had a problem once and that was the server not the bank! Thanks Village bank of thinking of me as a person and not a routing number Dean Brandt

sonny marrocco2I have bank with village bank for almost 3 years with my business. I close the account out and because of an error on their part they re open the account throwing me into thousands of dollars in debt. when I asked what they would do to rectify the situation they simply apologize and said there was nothing they could do. I would never advise anybody to bank with this bank and I will tell everybody is on her I know the same

Robert Storberg2Terrible Bank!!! The big banks always get grief so I banked here for awhile. Everytime I turned around, I had a problem with them. My debit card didnt work even if I had money in my account -- deposit not recorded correctly -- bank fee here, bank fee there. When I had to deal with these people, it was like going to the dentist. I had one nice banker there at first, but they let her go. Now every banker there is a pain to work with. Their website is a joke -- something developed by a 5 year old. I even tried their bill pay..THAT DOESNT work either!! Then talk about getting a loan from these guys??? My scores in the 700s...and they wouldnt even let me fill out an app -- said it wouldnt be approved. I went over to WF a year ago -- nothing but perfection. They may charge me $5 a month, but given their convenience and customer service satisfaction I dont mind it one bit. Id be fine if they charged me $10! A loan?? Ive taken out two personal loans....both unsecured, one paid back, one paying on currently. Not to mention the awesome customer service. Village Bank not only cannot compete with the bigger banks, but they cannot even make up that deficiency with customer service, as they do not pride themselves on it. I banked with TCF and had to sue them(and won)...and Id rather bank back with them a-holes than continue with VB. They should really just shut down and go away if you ask me.

Becky Bjorneberg5I feel very welcomed everytime I visit Village Bank. The tellers even remember the last conversation that we had and always make great eye contact. They are friendly and are eager to help.

Seth Forbis1terrible hours, they are only open like 2 hours on Saturday and are only open for 30 mins after i finish work on the weekdays, if i have a problem with my account which happens OFTEN they are almost surely closed. i have never once gotten their online checking to work, despite coming into the bank and having the bankers try to do it several times, the bankers are a huge pain to deal with and don't help with anything. at least once a month they screw up my account leading to embarrassing moments at grocery stores and gas stations(knowing full well i have the money in my account) there are ZERO atm's that will give you money without a fee...they don't seem to be trying to improve in any way, instead cutting further back, getting rid of the fresh cookies ect...the only thing that have going for themselves at this point imo is that they are located a block from my house... they charge ridiculous fees for things the big chain banks wouldn't even penalize you for. WORST BANK EVER!
