  If you want to lower your house payment without even leaving your couch, and have all the information you need without feeling confused, then Jon Hill is for you! We never left the house, got all questions answered clear and precisely, and he is very upfront/blunt which I respect. Get the point kind of guy. I enjoyed working with him for our refinance.

  Chris Barrientes has been great to work with over the past few years. He was able to refinance our current house and absolutely crush the rates of the competition (which happened to be a close friend of ours, but she understood). When we made an offer on a 2nd home across the country during COVID, Chris was able to do everything remotely and quickly, staying in good communication the entire time. We ended up with a great rate from Chris... but unfortunately, we were outbid on the home. Finally, when we made another offer on a different home, Chris ran all the numbers and informed us that, on this one, he wouldn't be as competitive as a local agent, and encouraged us to get the loan elsewhere. To me, more than anything else, that proved to me that Chris is professional, thoughtful, and looking out for the best interests of his clients. We will be using Chris again on our next loan! Highly recommend him and his team.

  I had the pleasure of working with Jon Hill for refinancing my mortgage. He was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to go through and explain the different term rates and loan durations with me, and guided me toward the loan that benefited my current and long term financial needs. I really appreciated how Jon would check in with me once or twice a week to keep me informed with everything that was going on behind the scenes. He was also quick to help and solve when problems would arise. It didn’t matter if I contacted him before or after business hours, he always got back to me in a quick and timely matter.

  Jon Hill was super attentive and great at answering my questions regarding refinancing my home! This is my first home and I remember the process of buying it was very overwhelming the first time around so I was dreading the refinance process but Jon was patient and understanding! He never belittled me for asking the same question more than once and made me feel like a valuable customer! Grateful to have worked with him!

  Mike and I have had prior business relations for a few years and I make a point to work within my network whenever possible. So when it came time to look at refinancing our mortgage, I reached out to Mike along with a few other brokerages. Mike’s numbers came in better than any other option we explored, and on top of it, his service was second to none. There was absolutely no compromise. Mike worked with me at all hours of the night. Our initial conversation was in the late evening where we reviewed overall financials, terms, rates and options. Mike was able to run the full-term cost analyses on the spot and we dialed in the most cost effective option that night. Other brokerages were sterile, going back and forth with rate buy-downs, terms and options; with Mike it felt much more personal. He provided guidance to ensure a smooth and expedited process while always meeting our goals. His advice helped us avoid pitfalls that would result in additional underwriter reviews, documentation and time. We were kept apprised of the application status with regular updates from our loan officer, Jack. We were politely directed when we hadn’t provided one of the required documents. The entire Arvold staff treated us very respectfully and exceeded all standards of professionalism while maintaining a personal feel to the transaction.

  I was looking to refinance my home; I was turned down by the original company I went through when I purchased my home. I then remembered a friend recommending Refind Lending.
