  Vic McLane is a wonderful caring person and agent. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him and Carol for over 6 years.   Vic came through for us when we got rear ended by an food delivery driver whose insurance did not cover the business use of her car. It got complicated real quick but our responsive and highly professional agent was able to sort things out and got us an early repair slot at a top bodyshop .State Farm claim procedure was straight forward and fast.   After 3 years of trying to getour policy straight with this agency (we have been with state farm 10+ years), we ended up going with a completely different insurance company. The staff of this office had the highest rated driver on all of our vehicles, and when I noticed and questioned they told me that I had to wait for underwriting to get a response. No apology was offered or resolution attempted by anyone in the office or the agent himself. If you're wanting competent people who know what they are doing, keep looking.
