This location is not open. I went by yesterday to see someone in person according to the hours posted on the website, door, and on the phone. The door was locked with a sign that it was closed even though the lights were on. I called customer service and the only thing they could do was suggest I mail in a cashier's check. Yeah right! Terrible phone call experience in which the rep had no ability to problem-solve. The service rep said they would be open again today but when I went in person it was the same thing. I am not doing business with this bank anymore. There is no benefit.

We've decided to switch banks so we stopped at this Capital One branch. The only employee we saw in the bank told us that he couldn't help us. If we wanted to open an account we had to do it ourselves online. Their commercials make it sound like they value personal service. Apparently not.

This location is permanently closed yet they haven't bothered to update their Google page. They continue to answer the phone with a message saying this branch is open.

Went in about a month ago to get a certified check! The lady who helped us with our request was professional and courteous. The office is a modern feel to it and was nice and quiet. We were done in about 10 minutes. Most of our banking is done online but it is nice to have a local branch, if the need arises.

      Response from the owner

We like to keep in low key here, but are always happy to lend a hand. Thanks for the positive review Nita.^AS

Second branch I went to, trying to open a business bank account and it doesn't seem Capital One branches in N. FTW want any business. Today I went to this branch and there was ONLY one person working who I believe was a manager. She stated that due to being after the holiday they only had one person working and because a business account takes about an hour to do she said she couldnt see us today. She asked if we wanted to make an appointment. However, my husband called this branch earlier this week and was advised an appointment was not necessary. Sooo which is it? Also, how safe is it for just one employee to work a whole branch? The other branch was a similar situation but that time we got there about 1hour and 5 minutes before they closed. They had 3 employees working but we were greeted with a less than friendly customer service and she kept saying how the account takes a long time to create and they were closing soon and that they usually want people to come in 2 hours before closing for this account (website makes no mention of this). She tried to pull up my business info, but stated it wouldnt pull up. She referred us to the Southlake location because they were a slower branch. After taking time to call ahead and then went in with no success, I will never use them for any banking needs personal or business. I can't even imagine how they would treat us should we have a need for some banking support. No thank you. Also, so funny I just went to a credit union and they pulled me right up with the info I provided to that 1st branch i went to.

Been a customer for years - refused to waive a simple $10 fee to do a cashiers check for the down payment on our home. They are closing most of their branches and have terrible customer service. They lost a customer for life over a $10 fee - it was the last straw with this terrible bank. It took almost 30 minutes and two people to figure out how to do a cashiers check to use my own money only to be charged $10. Morons.

      Response from the owner

Hi Scott. We'd hate to see you go and have documented your feedback for review. In the meantime, while a closing a branch is never an easy decision we want to share that our associates are still available in every Capital One Bank branch to assist with your banking needs. With that being said, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by stopping by or logging in and chatting with our crew. ^SM

I went in there last week on 8.2.17 around noon to order a new ATM/debit card. The woman said it was all done on expedite request and should be two business days. I called the service center 4 business days later because of the weekend, and low and behold a card was never ordered. What was she doing at the desk while I sat there for 5mins?!? Playing a good game of solitaire? Here I am a week later no card, and my new card won't be here until next week. I should've just ordered a new one on the phone.

      Response from the owner

Went to make a cash payment. No drive in tellers. No cash transactions. I am disabled and got out of my car for this. I am beyond mad. We need to quit using automated tellers, check out, etc. Every time you use this, someone could have had a job.

Definitely recommend Tipu for everyone’s banking needs! He’s quick, friendly and knows his stuff! Not to mention he has a great personality and he’s the best person to talk too, even if you’re just going to the ATM he always greets you and checks in! I love the team here and the community they’ve built! Keep it up guys!

      Response from the owner

Whew! We're falling for Tipu all over again <3 Thanks for making the connection feel brand new.^AS

Unreliable hours of business that do not conform to COB online or phone reporting.

      Response from the owner

This definitely isn't up to snuff, so we'll be sure to get your feedback in front of the right eyes.^AS
