  Vic and his associates are awesome! Smart, efficient, professional, and really nice folks. I just completed a cash out refinance of my non-owner occupied 4 plex with Vic. This was a loan that NO ONE wanted to write. My existing loan was with Chase and they wouldn't touch it, B of A, Wells, Rocket, nope. I ultimately found a group from the North Bay who said they would write it but when I got their numbers it was shocking. Fortunately a friend recommended Vic. He acknowledged that mine was a difficult loan to fund in todays' climate but he took a good look at it. Vic basically underwrote the loan himself so that when he brought it to his people all the work was already done. In addition, the cost of my loan was reduced by thousands of dollars by moving it to Vic and his team. The entire process was very smooth and I couldn't be happier with the loan itself and the service that I received. I recommend Vic and Althea 100%.

  This is the second time I've done a re-fi with Vic. He is tremendously knowledgeable, responsive, with superb communication and organization. He also understands all the ins and outs of the particular neighborhood I live in (University Hills), which has odd ground leasing rules affecting lenders. Vic is the best!

  I had the easiset refinance ever with Vic, he explained all the options up front and worked out a refinance that saved me money every month and I got the cash out to move forward on the purchase of another home! I would call him anytime I had a need and will defintely refer him to all my friends and family for any finanicning needs! Great Work Vic it was a pleasure!

  Vic is one of the best! I have worked very closely with him and Althea on several deals. Though every step of the way, they hit it out of the park. Vic is clever, brutally honest and a consummate professional when it comes to closing loans. Even though Vic has a ton of experience, that isn’t the main reason I like to work with him. The biggest reason I like doing business with him is that he is a man of his word. He will always tell you exactly what’s going on – without any spin. Because of this, I’ve enjoyed working with him tremendously. As he is a broker, he also has access to lots of options that other lenders may not. That’s a tremendous advantage when you’re dealing with any clients that may be slightly outside of the norm. I’d encourage everyone to make Vic a part of their team – you will be glad you did. ;~)

  I got my second mortgage through Vic, and later a refinance through him as well. He saved me a lot of money, was completely upfront about his fees and the banks fees, and came through with everything he promised. On one loan, the bank baulked at a clause in my ground lease (nothing that Vic was at fault for) and the during the delay, interest rates when up. Vic found me an alternative lender and made up the rate difference to me during closing. Just this year, I bought property in Montana and was looking for a third loan. Vic is not a licensed broker in Montana, and he told me so up front. But he said that he'd be happy to advise me on the rates and terms I was being quoted. I sent him some info and he ran a spreadsheet for me with price points, loan rates, break even numbers etc - all for a loan he knew he wasn't going to make any money on. He is that good of a guy. Look him up and trust that Vic will made the transaction a win-win for both parties and be totally upfront with you about costs.

  Absolute pleasure working with Vic. He is responsive and was able to shop around and find a great rate for me. He was able to close my loan in 3 weeks, at a time when most banks take a few months. Will use him again in the future.
