  Very knowledgable and communicative, which are important traits in a lender. Sheila was customer focused and wanted the transaction to proceed as we had planned, and did everything she could to make it so. Very smooth transaction, no bumps or surprises, which is the hallmark of a good transaction -- when nothing goes wrong even though there is a lot happening behind the scenes it seems like nothing happened and that everything was easy, which is how it should be!
