  I purchased a drone. Battery does not charge. Guy had the nerve to say it was new. Really? I was not trying to return it. Wanted to know what they could do being I need to purchase a new battery. They basically said “I can’t do nothin for you man”. I am also been a customer from a long time. Companies like this destroy the resale business. I would not recommend this business.

  I came because of the quality jewelry offered and had to make several trips before making a final purchase. Also experienced up charging on an item that I considered buying. Tag was $950 one day, but changed to $1700 the very next day on Valentines Week. That really surprised me-my guess is this is done often.. Unlike their competitors, they don't deal to make their product move. Maybe they don't have too. In any case, what I purchased was ticket price and no obvious attempt was offered to close the deal at a better price. The jewelry is lovely ,but don't expect big savings. Never pawned anything with them ,but as a buyer, I would expect a pawn with them would be poor return. They appear to be more of a retail operation.

  Unprofessional. Rude as hell. Untrained. No knowledge of any items that walk through that door. Nothing but cheap items on their shelves covered in dust and grime. Their shelves are barely even stocked in the first place. This has to be the saddest pawn shop to ever exist.

  “The staff is very rude the manager is even worse”: I totally concur! Since newest owner obtained the so-called business the service declined severely; use to be a good company. I was ejected yesterday with a racial infective by said manager. After calmly waiting for 5 minutes for the rude lady to find my long-term account I got annoyed and mentioned my displeasure and was rudely confronted. Would give 0.5 star rating (at least they required masks so they get a 0.5 rating) if I could. Contacting the BBB for age and race discrimination. KL

  Very rude no costumer service. It's was my first time pawning gold just rude... Untrained does not know the price of anything you sell them...

  The staff is very rude the manager is even worse . They give you the lowest price if your selling or pawning something, and the highest price if buying something smooth rip off.. I myself take customer serious if I'm spending my hard earn money and this place has the worst customer service. I would give half a star if I could

  Jesus who is the manager is so rude he quoted me for an item I went to think about it and then he said I had my chance to get his help and how he's made up his mind. I'm sorry I didn't kiss your hand for the Beats Studio 3 Bluetooth headphones. They were not closed it was 6:15pm the sign should say 6:00pm since they obviously dont want to be there at 6:00pm. No I didn't ask 20 questions I was very brief and tried to make things as easy as possible on him, he was just going to punish me for his bad day! The reviews on here that are positive have got to be fake or some cheap marketing company.
