  We had an exceptional experience with Veterans United and their staff. The level of professionalism and excellent customer service is amazing. From the moment we called and spoke with an agent regarding starting a home loan application it was nothing but exceptional customer service. Their knowledge, dedication and hard work made this the smoothest process we’ve ever experienced in purchasing a home. We submitted the application online and within 30 minutes we had received our first call back with an introduction and steps with what will happen next. It was that way throughout the entire process. Excellent communication throughout! We were able to close on our home in 30 days without any issues and all is due to the wonderful staff that was working with us during our process. Danny, Mike & Crystal thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication to your job and fellow veterans, because of you guys our dreams were made reality. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Forever grateful the Ramos Family!

  My husband and I love the team in Killeen. However, the loan company (Mr. Cooper) they work with sucks. Every month, we try to pay whatever we have left towards our mortgage principal. When go online, one can clearly see "additional principal" on it for selection. Don't be fooled by it but check transaction history every time an additional principal is paid. Because Mr. Cooper will use part of that fund to pay monthly payment which they can get interest from. Although this kind of incident happened to us when we had Citi Mortgage before, it wasn't as bad as with Mr. Cooper. Just 2021 along, it happened 4 times already. Although I did call in and have all the funds reversed, it is just bothersome that I cannot trust the loan company. I have sent an email asking Mr. Cooper to fix this issue but all they did was apologizing. So VU, could you please help us with this concern? Thank you!

  Everyone at Veterans United was a pleasure to work with. They are great at communicating, which is so important as stress comes naturally with buying a home.   This was the easiest process because of Danny Reyna. He helped me and my family find and purchase our very first home with ease. We have never purchased a home before and Danny made the process very stress free. Any time we had a question or needed help with anything he was always there and was reliable. I am going to recommend Danny and the Killeen Veterans United to anyone I know curious about buying a home in the area. Danny is great and I am glad I had the pleasure of working with him.

  Great service while purchasing a home from a distance. My phone calls were always answered and questions answered. Required documents were uploaded regularly to ensure that our closing timeline would be met. The interest rate was far more competitive than top military used banks. I was surprised by a full percentage point lower. Thanks for a smooth and easy home buying experience. I would definitely recommend this lender.

  Working with Veterans United was the best first home buying experience I could have asked for. Our lender worked with us on everything and was excellent throughout the whole process. If I had to buy another house I would go back to them hands down!

  Danny, Ryan and Danielle are exceptional Individuals and always willing to help with any questions we had regarding our home purchase. They made our first time home buying experience amazing and free of confusion. They also worked seamlessly with our realtor Irene Rojas (2 doors down from their Killeen Office) and were able to work closely together to answer our questions. When we found the right house they wasted no time in getting everything together in enough time to put in the offer. My wife and I are very happy with our choices in loan company as well as realtor. I will be recommending them to anyone I hear needs to buy a house or refinance. They are truly out there to help Military personnel and veterans.

  Home ownership in Texas was a far fetched dream. I started with the light house program and with Danny Reyna's advice and guidance, he made our dream come true.
