  Working with Lee and his team was such a great experience! I was a first time homebuyer, and they did everything they could to make the whole process as easy as possible. They worked so well with my realtor, insuring they had all the info they needed and guiding them on how to make my VA loan offers competitive.   My coworker recommended me to Veterans lending Group and I`m glad I did. Lee and his team were upbeat and proactive and helped me every step of the way during my home buying process. They even set me up with my realtor, Kelly Ham, who was a pleasure to work with. Also, they host VA home loan bootcamp classes which educates you about the benefits and how you qualify for the loan.   I met Lee and his team at a VA home loan bootcamp that one of his former clients (close friends of mine) recommended. He was able to clearly explain the process and was always available to answer questions. In addition he worked around my work schedule, which was not always normal or convenient. The realtor he recommended also went above and beyond, consistently making time outside normal hours, due to the 3 hour time zone difference, to communicate about the housing market in New York.

  Veteran or not, use this company! Especially if you have served (are serving) our country through military service, use this company! I am impressed with their assistance to veterans on so many levels. They offer a VA loan boot camp to assist all veterans get a money saving VA backed mortgage that is highly informative. I am impressed how this team keeps the process of getting a home loan rolling forward, and not letting anything fall through that may delay buying or refinancing your home. Like friends wanting the best for you. Their personal, experienced assistance was so important to us getting our beautiful home.

  2 years ago Lee with Veterans Lending Group helped my wife and I purchase our very first home. We attended the homebuyers boot camp that he hosts where he shares what you need when preparing for a loan approval. Afterwards we reached out to Lee to start the process. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL and answered every question we had and had great communication throughout. We were approved for our loan and through his friend Jesse Savage as our real estate agent we found the perfect home for our growing family. Nine months after purchased our home we were able to refinance with Lee and save even more money. I strongly suggest any military families looking to learn more about the home buying process should attend the VA boot camp and talk to Lee.   Lee and his team have exceeded all of our expectations! We were referred to them after a disastrous experience with a major bank. 2 weeks after our offer on a house was accepted, the mentioned major bank was not responding timely, was vague, gave us misleading information and almost caused us to loose the house. Without any hope left, we contacted Veterans Lending Group. The communication was excellent, direct and very precise from the very beginning. While other lenders told us “maybe”, Lee pulled up all the information right away and gave us exact answers. He and Quinn always answered their phones directly, answered all of our questions, with simple explanations so that we understood the process down to every single detail. We were so nervous after dealing with the other bank, we didn’t think buying this house was even an option anymore. Lee listened to every concern we had, understood our situation and fought for us to get all the paperwork and numbers to where we needed it. His financial insight is SO beneficial in ensuring the best use of money during a house purchase and he is very clear in his articulation of the process.
