  CAUTION! I received a hard inquiry on my credit report. I then put an immediate freeze on all of my reports. I have been emailing and calling this company non-stop every day trying to contact them. I have not heard from a single person. This has been over a week now. I will be filing a police report for identity theft and this company will be mentioned on the report.

  This place has THE WORST service ever. Myself, sellers, listing agent and title have been relentless in trying to get ahold of anyone at this company and leaving voicemail with no contact back. Nobody ever answers their phone and we were supposed to close escrow today but they are single handedly holding this up.

  This company isn't even worthy of one star, I just had to click it to write a review! Horrible company! On my credit report this company in California which is an apparent business loan place reported that I owe them 5000 dollars. I had a previous loan with first associates loans for a private student loan that was supposed to be discharged in my bankruptcy 7 years ago. Since then from my research, this company no longer exists and is now called vervent. I have called and left numerous messages and sent many different emails to any emails I could get my hands on. The phone number on my credit report is not even a valid number and when I found a valid number it was just an automated system. It is reporting derogatory on my credit and I cant even try to resolve it, due to the fact that they are not getting back with me. I have reported this to the attorneys general office as well as the better bussines bureau. At this point, i think I may need to get an attorney. I suggest to anyone who is having similar issues to report this to the better business bureau, and file a complaint. This company needs to be shut down asap!

  More like Setting the Standard for Underperformance. They bought my boat loan in January, and I still can't reconcile if the balance is correct. Missing statements for two months and very poor service.

  I have no idea who this company is and what they do. They charged my debit card for $571 last month. I reported it to my bank and changed my debit card... and less then a three weeks later I got another charge for $611. I’m confused

  DO NOT EVER do business with this company. All they do is going after the money. We want to pay off a loan, and they continue to charge interest... even if we want to payoff the loan... They are vultures.

  I can’t get a hold of anyone over there. They put a penny deposit on my bank account to draft money out and I am not a client. Never have been. Never will be. Now I have to go through a million steps to change things out.
