  Wish I could give zero stars. Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They failed to pay our property taxes and our home now has a lien against it. We are being threatened with foreclosure and they will not return our calls. They deducted $1444 from our escrow account and have no explanation as to its whereabouts. Avoid this lender like the friggin plague.

  This company is a joke! Takes an act of Congress to get a good phone number and actually talk to someone. Been with this so called company for over a year and every time I call, they don’t have my info and can’t find my loan. I am so relieved that we are selling and finally done dealing with plaza home mortgage. More reviews to follow

  Work with Many mortgage companies, I have never felt so frustrated after getting off a call with JASMINE from the insurance department! She sounds like she hates her job plus life. I dont take the time to leave reviews but the service provided by again Jasmine was the sorriest i have ever gotten.

  Horrible company to deal with. There was an accident that happened on one of my properties, the insurance company sent the check under my name and theirs. I am having the most difficult time dealing with them and their "loss draft department". They are refusing to release my money and keeping it without interest. I am taking this to the next level since the job was completed and their inspector confirmed. They have no practical reason to delay releasing my money, yet they do, very very upset.

  Plaza is a great company full of people that care about service. Products cover a wide range, pricing is on point, and turn times are always among the fastest in the industry. Tip of the hat guys, keep up the good work!

  Plaza Home Mortgage is trying to save themselves while they ruin American families. Cancelling a Cleared to Close mortgage agreement after 20% deposit sent to title company, two hours before closing completes.

  If I knew how they were before I'll never take a mortgage with them. Very disappointed they make everything so complicated, and they're not flexible, at all.
