Allen R Lane Sr5One phone call to discuss financial matters about my first boat, I have fished all of my life. I'm 66 years old and never owned a boat never had the resources to do so. I called my credit union and within 2 hours I had a check to buy my first boat but it gets better. After two weeks I want a larger boat and within 1 hour VERVE ISSUED ME A NEW CHECK TO PURCHASE THE BOAT I ONLY HAD DREAMED OF. THANK YOU VERVE

14 & 3 Leadership5Verve makes setting up accounts super simple. It can all be done online and really quick. Also, Verve employees are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions beforehand to I got my nonprofit’s accounts set up correctly. Great org!

Isaac1Consistently slow service. Charged a fee for a paper bill even though we opted out several times. So many times I come to verve and see several workers but only 1 or 2 people being helped at once. Even when I’ve come in and been the only person here the whole process always seems to take so long.

Heather Morris1I have never had such a terrible experience with a bank before! A year ago, when they did the "switch over" they accidentally placed 1,000$ in my account and demanded that I pay it all back. Now, I had no issues paying it back even though this was not my mistake. I asked for them to place it as a loan so my checking account was not affected, but they refused. We mutually agreed that I would pay back every penny with NO PENALTIES otherwise. We had a payment plan and an agreement in place, but now every time I try to cash my checks they want to take 75%+ of it towards THEIR MISTAKE! I can not switch banks due to it showing a charge off, making it look like it was my mistake. Now, the new issue is (keep in mind I was promised no penalties) when I payed my car loan off last month, they told me I should expect my title in the mail with in three weeks. I called to see what the issue was, and they're refusing to release my title until the charge off is completely paid off and "doesn't know" who told me I would receive no penalties, and that I would receive my title. As soon as this issue is taken care of, I am leaving this bank. I'm so upset. I work a full time job, a part time job, go to nursing school, and a single mom, I need my title for a new car as mine is falling apart. This bank went to crap when they switched over, if I ever had an issue before they were verve it was taken care of.
