  Best pawn shop in Oshkosh hands down. Don't even wast your time anywhere else in Oshkosh. Items are reasonable for the most part. Some are almost same as retail but prolly are mint in that case. Good firearm and guitar selection. Organization could be better

  I stop by here occasionally to see the video game selection. There’s a surprisingly good variety of good titles here. Only serious complaint is that I wish they’d sort them by console.

  Went to purchase some used games but felt like it was a bit over price for second hand. The worker/boss said he will give me a deal if I purchase up to 3 games or more. I decided to buy 4 games and came home to realize that I already purchase one similar a while ago. Went back to exchange for a different game that was cheaper than the one I bought. Same person said I had to pay $5 difference which I was confused why I would have to. I ask if I could get a refund and he said that even though I purchased 4 games and return 1 it doesn’t make a difference. Out of no where he said he will refund my money back. We got back to counter and he grab the game and SLAM it on the counter. All I have to say is “Great way to show your attitude and how you take care of the items there.”

  People were friendly. Did not end up buying anything but they were willing to negotiate on price. A lot of junk for sale. Like a rummage sale or a goodwill.

  Fair reasonable prices when selling pawning and buying. Helpful friendly and honest staff. Will continue to use this place in the future.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I went in there today after having done business with them more than a few times over the past couple years. Tried to see what price they’d give me for a 5 month old laptop. I politely declined their price and told them I’d either just keep it or go elsewhere. These two employees told me to leave immediately because I swore at them (which never happened), and they started calling me derogatory names. I left without incident - that’s not why I go to stores - not wasting my time arguing with people. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB, talked with the police and will be talking to the owner very soon. Beware of this place.

  Matt, Clint, Kevon and Mike were great. They helped us look at our system. Found the right items we needed and went above and beyond. Not you're typical pawn store. Best one in Oshkosh area.

  Friendly and courteous service! The staff is second to none. I highly recommend it. Great selection! I would definitely make the drive from Randolph to Aushkosh again. Well worth the drive!

  Do not waste your time going to the other pawn shops in town, this one is the best all the way around. Not only do they work with you on a loan amount of needed but they also will work with you on the price of something in their store. Lepolean took the time to make sure that I left there happy. Just give them a try...

  I would give a half star if I could. After a long wait in line, (pawn store so a little wait is expected) I got crumby customer service. I needed to pawn one of my rings, which is a 2 in 1 ring, for 5 days and the guy who served me was pretty rude with an annoyed attitude. He dropped my ring at first not even caring. Then he tested it to see if the gold and diamonds are real but he scratched the bottom of both pieces, and you could definitely tell in the light. Then he completely lowballed me, I get it, pawn store. But he offered me 80 bucks and I said no thanks pretty unpleased. Again, he was completely rude since the second I approached. I then made the drive to Pawn America and without question, 300 dollar loan for 2 weeks and I was there less the time. The worker there was super nice and caring. Long story short, I’d rather make the extra 35-40 min drive to give my business to people who actually seem to care about my belongings. Just because I had to pawn something does not make me any less of a person and that’s exactly the experience I had at this place.
