  There are no words to describe how easy Joanna and her team made the homebuying process. Home buying is so stressful. Especially right now. She's available 24/7 and was willing to do anything, even write letters with our offers to show what great buyers we were. There was nothing we couldn't go to her and ask and we always felt as though she had our best interests at heart. We will never use anyone but Joanna and her team for any homebuying need. We will be referring her to all of our family and friends.

  Joanne is one of the strongest mortgage brokers I have had the honor of working with. Verita's has a great system to help walk you through the loan process. With my last home it was very stressful, but with Joanne it was absolutely seamless. I took priority with the team at Verita's and that meant a lot to me. I was always getting instant replies after questions, and constant updates throughout the process. I also didn't have the projected down payment needed to get into my home, Joanne looked into multiple options and never gave up for me to find the right loan. Believe me, fail is not in her vocabulary. I am now a happy homeowner a month later, I would never write a review I did not believe in. Joanne and her team will take great care of you , efficiently as possible with very minimal hiccups. I looked into multiple lenders and mortgage officers, I wouldn't change anything about the process with Joanne and her team, it was honestly relaxing figuring how much stress buying a home can have on a individual.   Best lender I have had the opportunity to work with. The other mortgage lenders treat you like your too poor for a loan for a home, but Veritas won't, plus they can help with any loan like military or fha or conventional. I would highly recommend this lender to anyone who is buying a home especially first time home buyers.

  We just closed on the purchase of our new home through Perry Homes and Veritas Funding. I can't express enough how incredible the Veritas team was from Pre-approval, construction and through closing. Anytime we had any questions , concerns or just needed information, they responded almost immediately. As any new construction build goes, we had a slight delay just before closing in getting appliances delivered. The Veritas team went above and beyond in minimizing the impact of the delay and got us into our home sooner than was expected with the delay. The Veritas team was also able to lock us in for a super competitive interest rate all while assuming a big portion of the costs. We worked with Joanna and Brianne for our loan and they were so good about making sure we had everything we needed prior to closing. We love our home, rate and our lender. Great job Veritas!

  We had the pleasure of working with Kristina, and she was able make a cash-out refi happen for us when we thought there wasn’t a very good chance it was going to happen. Being a sole proprietor and getting a mortgage loan can be a very hard thing to do, but Kristina made it happen. She was very professional and easy to work with. Anytime an issue came up, she was able to resolve them all in a timely manner. We will definitely use her again on our next mortgage, refi, or rental property in the future.
