  BROCK WAS AMAZING!! I sincerely can’t overstate how awesome Brock was. We were on an insane time crunch and he got us approved and everything almost overnight. We made so many different changes to everything and he was always so happy to help and always the kindest. He was a fierce ally for us and helped us get our dream home when we were in a very weird financial spot and we’re told we couldn’t qualify for a loan. Brock helped us make it happen!

  I have heard all my life that buying a home is a stressful difficult process and honestly I still don’t know what anyone was talking about!! I worked with Brock who answered every question and made everything simple. It was an easy pleasant experience from start to finish!! 6 out of 5 stars!!!

  We worked with Brock Aiken and what a Breath of Fresh air!!!!! This is such a competitive market we are living in. We dealt with buyers offering $50,000 above asking prices on homes we wanted and people buying homes right from underneath our feet with cash. It honestly began to feel, like we came to a gun fight, with out a gun. What we had to offer seemed like nothing, and that we would not be able to compete in this uphill market. But when our realtor suggested that we work with Brock Aiken we couldn’t be more wrong. He gave us something, that would allow us to get back in, this real estate bidding game. We were able to seal a 10 day close option, that we could offer sellers if we saw something we loved. Well today we hold the smoking gun for the win in this fight, because we didn’t ask $50,000 over or buy our home with cash. But we took a shot with Brock and closed on our home yesterday!!!!!!!!!! It was the 10 day close option that was appealing to our sellers. Which was provided by Brock and his awesome team. He brought our gun to the gun fight and with nothing more then what we originally started with got us back into the game. For that we are truly grateful for. We will definitely be working with Brock and his team again!!!!

  Brock at CityWide guided us step by step through big decisions in making an out of state move and securing the right finance option. He was informative and friendly, and became a trusted resource as we considered our options. We needed to move quickly in a competitive market and he was constantly on top of everything increasing our confidence in solidifying our offer and in our overall decision to make such a big move.
