  They truly made the whole experience of buying a home a great one. Explained the whole process and our options to us better than any other mortgage loan business. Made us feel confident in our purchase and kept us informed through out the whole process. Kasandra was such a great person to work with and we appreciated her kindness and help. She walked us through every step and made it easy. Cannot say enough how nice it was to have her explain every step and answer all of our questions.

  What a great Lender! We had gone through this process a couple times before, and Ben and his team did an amazing job and will have us coming back to them. He sat down with us and showed us different Loans that we qualified for. Kassandra also did an amazing job at processing everything quickly and answering our questions!

  Citywide was very helpful, thorough and patient in helping me with my loan. I was constantly being updated on the whole process of my loan. Kassandra and Mitch were only a phone call away and very responsive. Even when the loan is complete they send you regular updates about your property and fun activity invites. Great family feel.

  Got me 0.5% better rate compared to any other lender. I worked mostly with Heidi and she was fantastic. Was always available for questions (even after business hours), was very knowledgeable and could help with anything I needed. They were also able to finish the whole process an entire week ahead of schedule. Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't be more please with how it all went.
