  I had a unique challenge involving a refinance with my divorce. I went to three mortgage companies, including Veritas. All three did their due diligence, but two of them indicated that they could not help with my situation. Shain, however, continued to ask questions. He was able to help where others couldn’t and solve a problem that others couldn’t because he was willing to ask more questions. It wasn’t that he was smarter than everybody else, it was because he was more humble than everyone else. He was willing to admit what he did not know and asked questions from others until a solution was able to be reached. Knowledgeable and well-connected brokers are a dime a dozen, but it is the humanity and humility that caused me to recommend Shain Davis and Veritas funding to others.
