  This was my first home buying experience and Jill made the process easy for me every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable and RESPONSIVE every step of the way. On my closing day there was an issue with my bank wiring the closing fees because it was not a local bank here in Arizona. Jill went above and beyond and literally spent hours on the phone with me and my bank fighting on my behalf to resolve the issue which she eventually did! Buying a home can be a stressful process but I promise your in good hands with Jill. If you want someone whose going to go above and beyond for you she is the loan professional you should go with .
