  I have utilized Kim Hendry and her team for three refinances and, most recently, a new home purchase. The process has always been smooth and Kim and her team are fantastic to work with. They take the time to know the client, answer all questions and explain all issues, and most importantly, are honest and open about what can be achieved. I referred a friend and Kim walked her through the necessary steps to build her credit up and my friend was able to purcahse a home less than a year later. I 10 out of 10 recommend Kim Hendry and her team for all of your home financing and refinancing needs.

  I worked with Ashlee Shipley, and she was phenomenal! She made this normally difficult process so easy, and did so much of the work for me. She also answered all of my questions, and whatever time of day I asked them 😁. I would highly recommend working with her for your loan!

  While my company was experiencing a downturn due to the pandemic, the last thing I thought I do was buy a house. However, as a result of a positive turn of events, I decided to embark on buying my first home! Through mutual friends, I was referred to Amy Solomon at Veritas to help me navigate the entire process. At first, I wasn't even confident I'd want to go through with even buying a house because I thought the whole process was too complicated. However, through my initial conversations with Amy, she eased my concerns and helped me understand everything associated with the process. Once I settled on the exact house, Amy was available to help me whenever I had questions, concerns or even needed insight on how other aspects of the home buying process went.
