  Kathy Kassel was my loan officer. We had a very nice communication, things done smooth and on time. I reached several lender in last few months. I put application with some of them too. But, I felt different class of knowledge and customer service with Kathy. So I end up closing my loan with her, I will do this for my next home in future, and I will refer anybody I know to her.

  Christopher made this process so easy! My husband is self employed, which can sometimes make a refinance draw out and feel like every few days we're sending in more paperwork. Christopher was efficient and made sure everything went smooth! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home!

  Jim did excellent at providing information to assist me me to determine if a refinance to a lower mortgage term and lower rate was in my best interest. Jim took the time to talk to me, discuss the process, and helped guide me through the entire process when I made the decision to proceed.   From buying a new house to refinancing an existing loan, Christopher Jensen at Inspiro is the only "go to" in the mortgage world! He's honest! He makes every client a high priority. He is easy to contact and very patient. He is able to find the best rates and offers competitive closing costs. He serviced our mortgage loan in Utah in 2008 and subsequent refinances. Last year we purchased property in Oregon. Not realizing until too late that we could have had Christopher handle that loan, we used another broker - bad mistake! This year, after paying off our mortgage in Utah, we decided to refi and cash out. We were able to reconnect with Christopher. He didn't disappoint!
