  Ashlee was simply amazing right from the beginning! We were a tricky client from outside the US, wanting to purchase a house in Utah with no credit score just yet. No mountain was ever too big for Ashlee! Her bubbly, can-do positive attitude stepped us through the process the whole way, resulting in us securing our dream home! Cannot recommend Ashlee enough!

  Ashlee and her team have completed approx. 3 refinances and 1 home purchase for me. Some were challenging and required extra work and dedication to figure out the best way through it. Ashlee never waivered and worked diligently to figure out a solution that would work best for me. In the end she always made sure I was getting the best rate, the best payment and most out of the transaction. Her team is dedicated in keeping the communication moving, the processes easy and the outcome successful. If you have ever been told that you cant do something with a home purchase or a refinance, I would highly recommend you contact Ashlee and her team. If there is a way to do it... she will find it.

  I had a great experience with Veritas and more specifically the Shipley team with Ashlee Shipley as the Mortgage officer. I had been looking into doing a refinance for several months and kept on backing out for various reasons with other mortgage companies.   Ashlee and Sara were outstanding to work with when we refinanced our home to take advantage of lower interest rates. They were excellent at communicating options available to us, easily accessible (even on the weekends) when we had questions, and helped move our application through the process in a timely and efficient manner.   The Shipley team is the way to go for any home loans, refinances, etc. Hands down the best experience I've had. Smooth sailing the whole way.
