  I am a lazy person who do not like the head ache of paperwork . At the same time I want to deal with someone trustworthy. Sebastian George’s name was suggested by my realtor Abu Kuttan. Vema Mortgage responded to my very first text message in a very short time. instead of simply grabbing the business they advised me to wait until the rate comes down. I got a call immediately when the rates went down and within couple of days my interest rate was locked and other paper work was started immediately. Closing is done without any headache and the attorney worked at my convenience. Overall this was the smoothest real-estate transaction I ever had.
