  Narcis Buncianu (Nick) is an amazing person to work with, and also he got me a comparative rate for my refinancing of my home loan and also i learned so much from this process about the financing part and how to shop for a better loan.   From the very beginning, Issa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Forty minutes after signing the paperwork back in February, I received a call that my contract was terminated. We had to pull the paperwork and wait for me to get another job. Issa was very patient, waiting until I got another job a couple weeks ago before continuing the close. Everything went very smoothly this time, and Issa was a very big part of that.

  I was hesitant when I first got the phone call. I am glad I moved forward. Issa closed my loan in one week and got me .5 % lower than my bank! I would recommend Capital property lending to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home.

  Narcis did a spectacular job! Ive refinanced and purchased homes too many times to count and this was by far the easiest and most stress free experience.
