  I just made a great choice by re-financing my house with Joe Yohana at Lend a Loan and cannot believe how easy it was and how much money he saved me. Joe and Chris were very professional and honest in what they told me. They followed up and assisted whenever I had questions and they delivered as promised. First, Joe gave me the lowest rate up front; all other lenders started with higher offers and Joe ended up beating everyone by nearly 1 ½ points with his first offer – he wasn’t playing any games. Joe saved me thousands of dollars in the closing, managed to get a waiver on an appraisal and to roll in my credit card balance with negligent changes to my monthly mortgage payment and no change to my interest rate. It was incredibly fast and easy to work with Joe to get this done in record time. I believe we completed the process in less than one month. I would absolutely recommend working with Joe Yohana at Lend a Loan for any mortgage or re-financing issues. Overall, it was a very good experience.

  From the very first time I spoke to Joe D. I firmly believed that he could help me. He was different from all the rest. When you tell them you're retired it always seemed to end there in the past. I was done. I didn't even want to listen to Joe D. however he was very convincing. "There are ways," he would say to me. Don't worry. And it proceeded from there........today we closed 10/18/2021. Joe owns a very educated knowledge of his craft. He is most confident with each and every step of the process. I appreciated this aspect due to being a widow and on my own. I worried so much but was always assured that it would all work out and be fine. He was never too busy for a call or question when I was worrying about another step. He was exceptionally kind, courteous and made me feel comfortable at all times. I would not hesitate to reach out to Joe in the future which I intend to do.
