  The main guy is always pleasant. Gets the best rates and i will continue to give them my business. I found out about velox years ago from my instructor at school and she was right about them getting great pieces. The hospitality of the guy at the panola location adds to the expletive. No one like waiting in hold for a long time but he is just so nice and warm, you forget the hold time. Even when you go there, you see he has a lot on his plate yet he has never once been rude with all that he handles. So kudos. And I recommended everyone I now to velox

  I don’t remember the two Gentlemen names that work there but their customer service was amazing like their really Attentive and involved in helping their customers find the best rates/deals. I mean from the time I walked in the door until I left the advice they gave I mean their really great people they deserve a raise!!!
