      Visiting this location was the culmination. I went to this location on a Saturday, and the customer service was TERRIBLE. There were four associates there, and neither one of the could open my new account, including the branch manager. My teller had an attitude, and she was clearly incompetent. They kept giving me problems. I was with SunTrust for 20 years, and I've never had any major problems. However, this new Truist is not my old SunTrust. I have never been treated so nasty at a SunTrust location. When I left, I immediately began the procedure to sign up with a new bank. The customer service over the phone is no better. They are rude, and they pay bills late. This merger was a big mistake, and I will no longer support it. If you're looking to start an account, please do not go here.

      This is the worst Suntrust branch I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been a loyal Suntrust customer for over 10 years, but this branch makes me consider closing my account and being done with Suntrust for GOOD. They lack professionalism and open when they feel like it. The atm is outdated, I’ve lost money with this atm. The customer service is horrible! They do not care about customers. You would think they would be open during this transition with Truist! The only way to deposit money is with the bank! They should just shut this branch down, they are of no help to Suntrust customers.

      THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No Branch Manager may be the reason every visit is HORRIBLE. These people needs to be trained AGAIN on professionalism. Also on how to Conduct a Business. It's Friday the lobby is closed with drive-thru only. RIDICULOUS

      Worst branch! Online says they close at six. When you get there they claim to close at 5. Obviously this is an ongoing problem so update your website !!! Why keep having people waste their time????

      Banking with SunTrust so far has been the worst banking experience of my life. This branch in particular was extremely unhelpful. I was not able to access online banking and after waiting 45 minutes to speak with a banker, she told me that the system is probably down. I told her that I doubt the system has been down for the past two days and she told me to just reset my password and wait 15 minutes. She sent me on my way with a piece of paper and I am still unable to access online banking after following all instructions that were given to me. I also signed my signature card at this branch, turned it in and they said that my account would be active. The next morning I was expecting a direct deposit and I was unable to access any account information. I had to wait until customer service open, call them, for them to tell me that the branch is closed and I have to wait for it to open. I called again at 9 o'clock and my account still had not been activated from the day before. I was told that my funds should be available within an hour so hopefully everything will work out now. I am returning to SunTrust today, pulling out all of my money, and closing the account. For such a large Bank they have the worst service.

      Kevin the branch manager had to call to get help filling out a form to cancel a cashiers check, after his teller failed to authorize it. I was told he would fax it and it would take 2 - 3 days for everything to go through. I waited until the 4th day and there was no proof of him submitting the stop check. I called and finally got him and he said he would call me back as soon as possible he never called. I called back only to be told he was not there. The check they are messing with is for 5,000 dollars. This is the worst experience I've ever had with them and if the situation is not fixed by Monday morning, I will report them to so many authorities, jobs will most definitely be lost.

      i have only been with suntrust for two weeks. it has been by far the most difficult banking experience. I went into the panola branch today and while speaking to one teller another starting rudely answering questions. I ended the conversation as quickly as possible. i am starting to regret my decision to use this bank

      The manager was rude and did not provide any help on how to make an appointment to visit the bank or assist in making accomodations to see us for a minor issue. All they do not answer the phone

      This bank is not open after 4 pm even though it says they stay open until 6 pm. The manager closes the branch down early and then sits inside until 6 pm , I couldn't believe I witnessed this, and I will never open an account at this bank. These people should not be in charge of your money!
