  This place just doesn’t care about the customers at all . They are so slow . They have no concern about your time , your basically on their and if you don’t like it , go somewhere else . That’s the attitude that they have . 4 behind the tellers 2 others in their offices doing absolutely nothing meanwhile there is a long line outside . I got Here at 9 , it’s currently 9:30 still waiting to be serviced. This is sad . Corporate needs to know what is going on in here . Maybe they can put some fire behind their tails .

  Horrible experience. Rude, inconsiderate. They will have you waiting outside, at the last minute someone will come out and say they are closed. If people are already lined up, they should take care of these people. They need to be re-educated on customer service....

  This branch has lack of professionalism for sure and action must be taken by BOA!! For the first time, I have never seen a bank closing during "lunch hours". Then they didn't reopen at the time they said they were to reopen. Yet, people were lined up to the parking lot and very frustrated . Of course, if this was in white neighborhoods this would NEVER HAPPEN!! I typically don't go to this branch but noticed this is the only branch around the area. Very disappointing!!

  The crew at this bank of America are amazing people. Always friendly always available to answer questions. Left my wallet on the floor today and Brandon was such a champ he called me, jumped through hoops to get to me just to help get my wallet back. I cannot say thanks enough. Love those guys! Brandon, arsenio, Wanda, Kesha, there's many more I'm just bad with names. Tons of love to all of them. I greatly appreciate each and everyone one. Thanks!

  This is the very last time I am ever going to enter this location I already have stop many problems with bank of America as it is but this place is the worst the line is always out the door and they are so very nonchalant the employees behind the counter are actually very respectful when you finally get to the counter after waiting 30 mins i come to this bank of america so often BECUASE i lived not far from here and I never ever walked in and the line has not been all the way backed up to the door when I visit the location on flatshoals rd it is always packed as well but the wait time is nothing like here they actually hustle and everyone is making an effort to get everyone on their way so it's no EXCUSES for this one! I will never ever return here again I'm thinking of closing my bank account all together BECUASE this is just ridiculous! They act as if the Customer is suppose to be happy by the time they reach the counter when they waited in line for 30-40 minutes the first rule to Customer service make sure the waiting Time is not extended and do we get an apology NO all we hear is "they are doing the best that they can do " this is just unacceptable!

  Place is supposed to be open at 9. No lights on and no one here right now. I'm pretty sure that shouldn't happen, considering people need to get things going on Monday morning so they can do their banking and go to work or whatever business they have to do.

  The drive thru is never ever open! Some people just can't stand in line long. So having the drive thru open would be helpful to a lot of customers! And please believe the wait is ridiculous too! Why is this bank still open and in business!??? I'm really ready to close my account. Worst service ever.

  Wait time is always ridiculous here. I recently left Wells Fargo to give Bank of America my business huge mistake. I’ve never ever had to wait this long in a bank. Staff are unprofessional.

  I made an appointment to work with an agent. They didn’t give s.it about it. They made me wait for an hour and threat me they will cancel my appointment. They made a mistake with my wire transfer I was there to clean up their mistake since I called them so many times to solve it with no luck!
