They are - so if you visit that location ask them how their day is going. Beat them to the punch, like I did, today. Almost forgot to mention that they're very concerned with your savings. I know because they ask.

a johnson1Called to check on transactions placed on my daughter’s account and I explained to the lady that my daughter didn’t have the answer to whatever they were asking her so I called in. She gets very rude and says she will send me to a supervisor... her name was Mary and out of all the years I have been with vantage this was the worse experience ever. She profiled me because she did something wrong and couldn’t find my account or daughters. I will be closing all of my accounts with them!

O'Shee Devine1This community CREDIT UNION: During a pandemic they couldn’t even fake like they care about people of color! 2 payments presented funds not in account yet they send both back but took their $70 return payment fee from my unemployment. Thanks Karen.

jessica assata3The call center is worse than unhelpful. They are unqualified and rude. We had a SERIOUS problem with our account. We were berated, blamed, and schooled on how to handle our "financial problems", after being put on hold for 10mins. Took it right to the branch itself and had the problem solved the very next day. The branch manager was understanding and saw an issue immediately. She calmed our nerves and she got back to us when she said she would. Apparently, the dude on the phone hadn't passed any of his accounting courses....IF he had an education at all!

Pam Giese2Worst banking customer service I've ever received! The information you have to remember and give regarding all of your accounts is ridiculous. I can appreciate the security measures, but when the person on the other end of the line gets confused easily and doesn't understand what you're saying, it makes banking unpleasant. It takes forever for someone to answer the phone and when they do (at least today) it takes even longer to complete a process.

anthony nolen1worst customer service i have EVER experienced. lost payments in transactions. will not return phone calls. will not deal with the problem at hand and i would not recommend this credit union to ANYONE EVER. AND THE ONLY REASON I HAVE PUT A 1 STAR RATING IS BC I CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS POST UNLESS I GIVE A 1 STAR AT LEAST. DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN THAT AT THIS POINT.

tianna jones1In the process of having to close my account because me and my old partner are no longer together and they will not let me remove her from my account. That is the dumbest policy if both parties are in agreement.

Moriah1Receptionists greeted everyone who entered the building expect me and were very loud . They were so loud that I couldn’t even hear what my bank teller was saying to me. Will not be back to this location.
