  I been with neighbors since I was 15/16 they are a decent credit union. What I didn’t like is that I been with them all of banking life and any time I ever applied for a loan with them I’ve always been denied. So I don’t have my car loan or mortgage with them. Would I send other people to them for banking ?? No.

  They close the inside and leave only one line to the drive-thru open. If you are that short staffed close the branch. Once in line can’t get out. 1.5 hour wait to deposit a check. Nope, won’t happen again….

  The bank was actually closed temporarily but the associate was kind enough to allow me in to complete my transaction. Going above and beyond is very much appreciated

  My favorite place is the Howdershell branch that's were I live. Staff greets everyone that comes in an they are very professional and courteous and always smiling. They make me feelwelcome when I come in and the teller agent on the outside as well

  I would give a negative rating if I could. They Never answer the phones. One can sit on hold all day of they didn't mind. Waste of time. There are much better lending institutes out there that ACTUALLY appreciate their customers.

  I was more than impressed with the great service I received at this bank! Everyone there has great customer service, and work very hard to help you. After applying online to re-finance my car, I received a call from Terrance. He was very genuine, kind, and really wanted to help me.When I went in to re-finance my car loan, I sat down with Chelsea. She was so kind and helpful! I was blown away by how hard and speedy she worked to get my vehicle refinanced! I wouldn't recommend any other bank! Terrance and Chelsea are great employees!

  I love this credit union. The employees here have always been helpful & super nice. I got tired of being taken advantage of by big banks & feel I am treated more than fair here.

  Originally I was very excited to become a member of this bank...until I had an issue. I had called the bank and left messages with the Assistant Branch Manager and never received a phone call or e-mail back. I went into the bank and spoke with the Assistant Branch Manager and was told, “There is nothing we can do” and that he would call me back with a phone number I can call. He never called me back. I then called the corporate office where I was told “There is nothing we can do.” I ended up paying $75 in fees which could have been resolved earlier if I wasn't treated in such a way. I'll be going back to my old bank.
