  Having recently completed a refinance with VanKeef Financial, I wanted to give others an idea of what working with them is like. Having gone through several purchases/refinances in the past, mostly with big banks, I was usually the one who was emailing/calling asking for updates on the loan process. In this case, I was the one who was trying to keep pace with the speed that VanKeef was able to work through my file. From start to finish, VanKeef Financial created a plan for the refinance and stuck to it, all the way through closing. Throughout the process, Bradley Laws and Tristan Miller made communication easy, whether it be to provide updated loan documentation or just to check on the status of the loan. While the terms provided with the refinance were competitive and are what connected me with VanKeef Financial in the first place, the high-level of professionalism and customer service shown by these two individuals throughout the process are what will bring me back to working with VanKeef Financial in the future. In closing, always do your own research when deciding who you want to work with for a home purchase or refinance, but based on my experience working with Brad, Tristan and the rest of the team at VanKeef Financial, I would highly recommend them as a start, if you are in the market.

  My wife and I were searching for the best rates for a home refinance. After reaching out to six companies, VanKeef Financial had the best rates and it WASN'T EVEN CLOSE. They gave us their best rates upfront. We offered other lenders a chance to beat VanKeef's rates, but always got the same run around: "Let me talk my manager and see what we can do" - and always came up empty. We worked with Larry Keefauver and Tristan Miller to get our loan to the finish line and the process was super smooth. The team was responding to my questions during non-business hours and worked up several estimates to make sure I had all of the information I needed to feel comfortable. Tristan made calls to vendors to acquire information on my behalf when I didn't have all of the necessary data. These guys do everything in their power to make the customer experience a pleasant one and ensure my wife and I were happy in the end. This is our second time using VanKeef; each time they've had superior rates and outstanding customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend the team at VanKeef Financial for anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

  We used VanKeef financial to acquire a loan on our first home in Boca Raton, FL. The process was easy and extremely fair at first. Patrick who was our loan officer was on top of everything..... So he said... Until it all went sour. Passed us on to multiple people that didn't know what they were doing. To Patrick's defense he had a newborn with multiple issues in NICU for 6 months. Patrick is a good man.

  Vankeef was great, responsive and professional during my interaction with them. As with many people I shopped around for my rate, and VanKeef gave me the best rate possible. Patrick was professional during all my multiple calls and was very responsive to all of my emails. I ultimately didn't end up going with VanKeef because my builder's lender came back with an unbeatable offer, and was disappointed I had to part ways. I will though come back to VanKeef in the future, and hope to work with them again!

  This is the 2nd time I've used VanKeef. Both times, they knew far more than their competition and were able to make it happen when others could not. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable. Malcolm and Travis are also very helpful and responsive. I will continue to use and recommend VanKeef. Update: Closing #3 with VanKeef Financial and they continue to be miracle workers. I can't thank them enough for all of their efforts and knowledge. I highly recommend them, especially to anyone facing lender issues and/or unique lending situations. They always find a way where their competition does not.

  Patrick and team were fantastic to work with. While our initial financing was through our builder for new construction, Patrick answered all of my questions and helped me along the way, even though there was nothing in it for him. Fast forward a few months later when rates had dropped and we refinanced through VanKeef. It was a great process with help along every step of our journey. We successfully closed a great rate and are very happy with Vankeef!

  I had our closing with VanKeef and had an excellent service. They have processed the loan in 3 weeks and kept me updated through out the process. Patrick clarified all my questions timely. Malcom coordinated well and processed the documents. They had a system outage on our closing day which delayed the closing by a day. Overall it was nice experience working with entire VanKeef team.   I hate writing bad reviews especially for small companies, but this one takes the cake. We're refinancing my home with them at a super low rate, much better cost and rate than any of the competitors and something should've told me it's too good to be true. Well, we're 120+ days into our refinance on our own home, not a word on closing, not a single update, dead silent. The only time I get an update is when I email them, only to get a response at end of business, probably because I'm on the back burner because our loan is simple, it can be done anytime and the appraisal's paid and done so we're not going anywhere right? Well the appraisal is only good for 120 days, then I'll get charged for an updated refresh which will cost me another two franklins. Nope, not doing that. This loan isn't going to close and I should've seen it coming well in advance but I trusted my friend that referred to Vankeef. I have never spoken with a loan officer less than 1 minute of my entire refinance. Heed my advice, take a higher interest rate and go elsewhere because that closing cost they're saving you you'll have end up making that up paying on your higher interest loan more months then needed for them to ever complete a refinance....if they ever complete it.
