  I love Vanguard Title! With 24 years in real estate, I have experienced many different title companies. I literally have seen it all. Vanguard is the best of the best. They provide excellent service for the Realtors, loan officers and most importantly the customer. Particularly Sue in marketing and Lesley Ulibarri and her team on the closing side. Both are outstanding, with great communication and experience. They go above and beyond when needed. I can't say enough.

They handle every type of transaction whether it's a reverse 1031 exchange, commercial to a regular primary residential, purchase or refinance; they do it all.

  I closed my home with Vanguard and Louie and they were very professional to work with. I loved that there no junk fees. None of the usual run around a that I had from my previous home closing in Florida ( only two ) they were able to handle all of my questions pre close and the few my wife had at closing. I compared this to the other homes we owned over the years and the difference was remarkable. Knowledgeable staff that do what they say they will do. Closed on time and no snags. It wasn’t this way with the others. Thanks guys!

  Absolutely wonderful service!! We used them for the sale and purchase of our home! All the paperwork went smoothly and all their staff was so kind (even when my 1 and a half year old kid went running through the offices screaming....sorry guys) will use them again! 10/10

  We used Vanguard title to close on both our homes. Both times we closed on time with no issues. They're great at communicating with their clients and they cover all their bases. They are very professional and we would never use any other Title Company here in Utah.
