  I love coming to this branch! They always take care of me with the best customer service and hospitality. My dog also enjoys the dog treats they give him on every visit. I would definitely recommend this branch for anyone banking or planning to bank with The Value Bank Texas.

  Staff is PHENOMENAL!! They are always ready to greet with a smile and a welcoming hello . All staff goes above and beyond for you as a customer. They are remarkable and delightful and honest workers . They make you feel valued as there name stands VALUE BANK TEXAS !! You will not be disappointed choosing them as your bank .

  Great friendly customer service! Enjoy going by to see positive reliable people there. If my money turns up missing at a random location they call me personally to ask if I recently went to Las Vegas the day before to verify if it ain't fraud. But of course they know I don't gamble or go to random location like that because they already know me just by going by the bank and demanding cash money😎 on a regular basis. Haha all joking aside they are awesome people like us working hard and enjoy our company as do we enjoy great customer service. So I recommend banking with Value Bank Texas!

  GREAT BANK !! Staff is super friendly ! All the tellers are very personable ! They always make sure I’m happy with my experience and service every time I go by ! I love a bank that knows their customers by name and not account numbers !

  I've been banking here since I was old enough to bank. My favorite ValueBank location, the girls there make banking quick and easy. Would definitely recommend for all your personal and business banking needs.

  ValueBank Midtown is by far my favorite!!! I’ve been baking with VBTX for over 20 years; all of my children have accounts with VBTX as well. Kristyna, Eric, Selma and Carla make you feel like you’re family. They take the time out to converse and ask how my day is going. They are more than my bankers they are my friends.

  I have ben banking with Value Bank at the corner of Staples and Weber for the past 15 years. You couldn't ask for better customer service they are on top of everything including fraud. I highly recommend this branch for locatl banking. They are the Tops
