  I usually stop by weekly and I always look forward to being greeted with smiles, laughter and professionalism. The environment is very welcoming so I tend to use the lobby instead of the drive through more often so I can have an even better experience speaking with all the staff. Thanks for all you do ValueBank staff!!

  I posted this earlier but I posted it on the wrong site so I want to make sure the credit goes to the right people😉: I love this bank!!! They are so quick and efficient! My bank is the Staples and Lipes branch and they have the FRIENDLIEST tellers EVERRRRR!! They treat you like a human being with respect and always smiling! I've been with them for almost 15 years and have never had any issues. They are constantly making sure my account is taken care of and are always on guard for anything suspicious looking.   I have always enjoyed the environment at the Southside location. Anytime I have any issues Brianna always takes care of me. When I walk in I feel like I am among family. I always recommend my fellow business owners to "my value bank". I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a local bank.

  The Ladies and Men at Value Bank have always went above and beyond to always take care of my Wife and I . What I Love about them besides great personality is the excellent service with their Fraud Dept if they see something Fishy on your Account they will call you immediately and make sure your Account hasn't been hacked thanks for all y'all do for us

  I've been banking with VBT for almost 15yrs & this branch is most definitely the friendliest I have ever been to. You can tell that the employees enjoy themselves & make me feel legitimately welcome. Favorite bank branch!

  Love the brach of Staples and Lipes. Their customer service is remarkable. The tellers are so friendly and they always take care of my banking service in quickest way possible. Their big smile and greet always made my day.

  Absolutely awesome staff. Always helpful and joyful to deal with. I try to only go to this location because of how great the team is. Casserole (lol), Brianna, Gracie, and Joseph are all amazing.
