There is no option for no stars . I went there this Saturday to withdraw some money from my account. I couldn't make it withdrawal because I didn't have my ID . It is now Saturday night and I will have to go hungry until Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. I will then close all my accounts and get the money in cash . As God is my witness I will not go hungry again . I only have $200 in my account , but it would have bought food . Lesson learned , always carry your cash with you . P.S. I don't have a bank card because I have had two stolen in as many months .

They're friendly but also very slow. The one star is for the service at weekends.... there isn't any, so if you need to spend more then your card is set up for (with available funds in your account), for an emergency of some kind, you are SOL until monday morning. Additionally, if you need to spend more than $5000 then you need special permission. You aren't allowed to spend more than $10000, even if you have $50000 sitting in your account. They have wasted half my day today.

On Friday my wife and I attempted to deposit some Miscellaneous cash we had. We decided to go through the ATM as it wasn’t a large amount. As we attempted to deposit the money the ATM informed us of an error that occurred and it could not complete the deposit and gave us a receipt to please see member services for assistance. We then got in line to speak to a teller to verify what we needed to do and the teller informed us “oh yes I’m sorry that ATM isn’t properly allowing members to deposit money” there is no information on or near the atm that states that. We then inconveniently go to see meme we services at the local branch the following morning and we’re informed they would have to have to fill out a dispute form and they would process on Monday. I asked “ok from that point when can we expect our Money to be deposited. The teller informed us from the time they send in the form usually 24hrs they will deposit the money then of course from that point on they will complete an investigation to determine if that amount is correctly owed to us. All of which is understandable. Monday comes and goes and no deposit was made. About Tuesday morning I called just to check the status of the dispute and when to expect the deposit again. This time the agent informed me I was misinformed and it usually can take up to 10 business days for us to see that Provisional credit. It is absolutely ridiculous that for an error on the banks end I would have to wait basically 2 weeks for us to receive literally our money! I have had credit card disputes which I would completely understand would take time to complete an investigation deposit money back to my account a lot faster than 10 business days. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the customer service I have received.

I've been a member since 2004 and despite relocating to San Antonio over 6 years ago have still kept my checking account here. Their customer service has always been incredible and they make online banking super easy! I had submitted a message on the app requesting assistance before realizing they had a live chat option. I was immediately assisted by Elvira was was great, but before she could even help me another associate had already completed my request. Great to know how attentive they are to their members! :)

I love Navy Army! Most of the complaints others are leaving I have never once experienced. The only one I have is the lengthy wait times. My only other major concern is the lobby hours. I'm a Healthcare employee and most days don't get a lunch to go in during lobby business hours. I work 7:30 a to 5 pm. Aside from these 2 complaints I am a fan. The only bank I use or have used including personal and car loans. Been with NA since 2003 in high school. (In my opinion some of the reviews are not only hateful, but seems like the individual frankly just is not that bright.)

      Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback and input. We will be working on extending our hours of operation in the near future, we hope this will be able to better accommodate your needs. Thank you for choosing NavyArmy for your financial needs!

Don't know what it is about this location, but the service is ALWAYS terrible. The past two times I have gone on behalf of my mother, 2 different tellers have provided me with her balance when she was not in the car nor was her ID sent with the transaction. This is unacceptable and a mistake that should not be made repeatedly. The tellers here are never welcoming either. I bank with NACCU secondarily because most family does, but I am about to switch. The small difference of interest gained is not worth the terrible service on every visit.

My husband was robbed at Leaving Navy Army. When he went 2 ask the bank for help. If they caught anything in camera. They told him they only have cameras in the drive through and couldn't help...... well, all I heard was we are the easiest bank to rob since we don't have cameras to protect out patrons. Criminals of CC listen up. You need money Navy Army doesn't have cameras..... You're welcome

      Response from the owner

Wow. Lots of negative reviews here. My first time thru the door, I am a little unimpressed myself with the lobby situation. The Kostoryz branch has a sign-in kiosk as soon as you come in so that you are in the system and can take a seat and wait. Here at Spohn you have to wait for one of two ladies at reception desk, one of which seems totally disinterested in doing her job and ignored three of us standing in line until a supervisor came up to us and stated that that reception lady buried in her computer could indeed help us. After this I talked to loan originator who was very helpful and informative.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback, your comments will be forwarded to our executive team.

Their staff is completely untrained and do not follow proper protocol. My wife and I walked in to see if we could get a credit card, we were still on the fence and had questions. The rep who helped us acted as if he was only updating our current address information and sent a credit check out before our knowledge. We were NEVER informed that he would be running our credit especially because we were still on the fence. He never asked for IDs, socials, or for us to sign anything. He used all of our information that is on file at Navy Army. When we spoke to the branch manager she blew us off. We finally got in contact with someone in charge of the branch and she promised this doesn’t happen and we would receive a letter of deletion. Couple weeks later she calls again stating they cannot do anything because it would be considered fraud on their end. It ABSOLUTELY WAS FRAUD! we had no idea our application was being sent off. Lying to me saying it was only a soft inquiry when we get notifications and KNOW it was a hard inquiry that does affect our credit and will stay for 2 years at least. Never come to this bank.
