  Miss Marivel Felan, a very nice account representative, assisted me with some issues I was having with my savings account. She took the time to listen to my problem very carefully and helped resolve it in a professional manner. I was particularly impressed with her level of knowledge and expertise as I progressively asked more difficult questions. As more call centers are sent overseas, I know I can count on Security Services and have the opportunity to always speak to someone who resides in the States.

  Lori Ybarra was amazing and patient with my father and I . My mother just passed away and we were having a hard time figuring things out . She went the distance and walked us through everything and made us feel completely comfortable and relieved ❤️

  I’ve been a member for over 5 years now, I’ve been very satisfied to the point that I opened a business account with Ssfcu for my new business. Although I was scared at first Marivel helped me out through the whole process and it felt so nice to have a friendly experience with such a scary task.
