  They will tell you anything to get your money. I was told when I took out a layaway and put $20 on it, that I could make $20 payments and that I could take up to 6 months to pay it off. But the next month when I went in to make the payment, they wanted almost $50, and pretty much said I was lying about what I had been told. I am on a fixed income and would not have placed the layaway under the terms of paying $50 a month because I can't afford that much. I feel that they. Lied to get my money, of course which will not be refunded.

  The staff is so helpful and respectful while also caring to their customers needs. I only use Value Pawn and I highly recommend them.

  I have been going to this pawn shop since I moved into this area about 11 years ago. I remember going up there to get MP3 Players & iPods. I have gotten game systems, televisions, and recently a laptop from this location, and they have all worked very well. I did have issues with my laptop at first, but they do offer a pretty cheap warranty (that I thankfully purchased). I was determined to get the best, cheapest laptop possible and ended up taking my laptop back two or three times before I found one that was seriously like new (& they honored my warranty EVERY time). I am so happy. It was completely cleaned out and has great speakers, as well as a built in mic and webcam. Of course, you're gonna run into ONE issue over the course of 11 years, but all in all, this place has really good electronics that are reasonably priced. I've also ran into some debt over the years (be real, we all have.....), and this place has looked out for me. NO, I do not work here (I would seriously walk out on a job like this... I've seen customers really act out in here or try to pawn the craziest stuff). I'm just writing this review as a "Thank You" to a business in my neighborhood that I appreciate.

  My phone was stolen on February 26. I'm sure it's at this pawnshop. Asked a simple question. Did you receive an Samsung a10e? Sorry I can't look up on the computer to check. Sho would know. Losers and liars at this store

  Do NOT spend your money here! They will sell you tools that won't work a week later. I called in too see if i could exchange it and they told me no after saying i had 90 days of something happened to it. I paid 250 for that air compressor. *UPDATE* So i guess i forgot i had a bad experience with this value pawn as my original rating was a long time ago.. So i went in there today with a pocket full of money looking to buy 2 window units AND a T.V. and i asked a lady to help me with these products. Upon asking for her help i could already tell what kind of experience i was about to have. She did NOT want to sell me anything. If i asked her a question she want very informative. Completely seemedlike she didn't want to be there. So I left called and asked to speak to a manager and low and behold, SHE'S THE ASSISTANT MANAGER!! So i asked to speak to her manager and he seemed very uninterested and acted out right like he didn't believe me. ****SO FOLKS THE VALUE PAWNIN BLANDING MAY BE A LITTLE FARTHER BUT WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE AND THEY'RE ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP****
