  Bought a Staples paper shradder for 60$ when I got home I found the brand new one for only 73$ . then I called the store to return it they refused to return it and credit back my credit card !!!! Which I used it to buy this shredder and they told me the only way to return it is to have a store credit ! I used my credit card in this purchase and they force me to have store credit in order to return this shredder ! What if I don't want to buy anything from you anymore why you force me to have store credit in your store ? My advice is to check the brand new prices before you buy from there you will find the used things Price is closed to the brand new things My

  Woke up having terrible morning..Until I walk into Value Pawn.. Anthony which I believe is a sales clerk cheered me up with excellent customer service, and also making me laugh..The store manager Johnathan was also extremely helpful, and also offered and signed me up for Lana which I had no idea existed until today..Great atmosphere, and Great customer service..I refer everyone to come here!!

  This is a great place if you need a loan,they are very nice and work with you if needing a few more extra days.The stuff they take in is reasonably cheap and really good quality.They inspect everything thoroughly and you know it's going to work if you buy..The jewelry is reasonably cheap and always good quality..Highly recommended to buy n get your loan.

  everytime i come in they never acknowledge me i waited 15- 20 mins to ask to see a item while one worker plays on her phone. while the other trys to figure out how to work a electric scooter. This place gets worse and worse everytime i come in. Needs better management or a better owner
