Linda5Very customer service oriented. They actually have someone greet you and ask if they can help you. A security guard opens the door. The manager is knowledgeable and professional and the employees follow same. Janelle could not help me directly but I really appreciate that she gave me some workable solutions and cared that my issue was resolved. I was so sick of dealing with that bank across the street, they’ve really gone down hill. Don’t ever change, Bank of America!
Response from the ownerHello Linda. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. Also, thanks for letting us know how helpful Janelle was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^nicole

Kayla Goldson1If I could give 0 Stars I would! This is the most horrible bank to bank with. They take your money and And if you're lucky to even get it back they'll send you a check about 2 weeks later. They are a fraud they love to just take people's money and hold it for x amount of time. I'm very very upset with how their customer service is. I had Bank of America before years ago and now I am greatly reminded as to why I am never ever referring anyone to this bank or ever opening any account or doing any business with Bank of America. They are fraudulent!!!! Take your money out and go bank with someone else. Just not Bank of America. Run far far away. Because all they do is give you the runaround. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Douglas Orellana1Horrible service from the tellers and manager. I went in with my father to cash a check for $300 we recieved from completing a job for a customer. And they refused to cash it as we did not hold an account, not even taking the $8 fee for non-account holder check cashing. Which I know of as the Bank of America on Military north of Lake Worth Road cashed our check in under 5 minutes. Corporate needs to look into the people working at this location.
Response from the ownerHi, Douglas. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. BettyAnne Buckley3Apparently the entrance doors are on a time lock, which is beneficial for the safety of the bank. BUT, the security guard could be just a little bit more pleasant when speaking to customers who are outside the door & trying to open it. The guard goes to the door & says: "Closed" "It's past 4 o'clock" "Come back tomorrow at 9 a.m." Maybe begin with a salutation, like "Hi" or "Hello" and say "Sorry (Madam/Miss/Sir) but the bank hours have changed due to the pandemic & it closes now at 4 p.m. But we reopen at 9 a.m. tomorrow morning." I was here today (Friday 7/16/21) in line at 3:58 p.m. The Security guard on duty seemed like a nice young man (and attractive even with his mask on) & I'm sure his personality would have shown through his mask if he just took the time to speak pleasantly to the "locked out" customers. I did see a paper sign on the door listing the new hours, but it's printed on plain white paper along with other miscellaneous white paper signs on the door. Maybe change the color of the new business hours sign so it's immediately noticeable to customers outside the locked doors.

Taylor Gray1I honestly cannot even believe the experience I had at this branch. I went to cash a check from my 401k and went to deposit/cash it with Jazmine. The amount was substantial, to clarify. Jazmine seemed happy to help me until she saw the amount on the check, then immediately started getting aggressive with me. "You're not going to be able to cash this, so you know. And your deposit is going to take 10 days due to the amount, any amount over 5,000 receives a hold." I stated that I understood and simply asked two questions. One; Would I immediately have access to 5,000 and then the remainder would be on hold? And two; How long would it typically take? She says it depends on the system, which makes very little sense to me, but regardless. I asked if she could check which system it was and give me an idea, again, clarifying that it was okay if she wasn't able too. She immediately raises her voice to almost a yell and states that she is the manager and no she wouldn't check. I began to fill out my deposit form and suddenly it dawned on me. This woman thinks I'm comitting fraud. (I'm heavily tattooed, bearded, fairly rough looking nowadays) I quickly became nervous that my only paper check with my entire life savings wouldn't even be deposited, and not only that; I'd never been so embarrassed in my whole life. I'm an account holder since 2013, I had an excellent job before Covid and I've had a difficult financial time since the lock down, hence my withdrawal to settle some debts. My accounts aren't in the state I'd like them to be and I was depositing this check to settle up. I decided to ask for my check back and Jazmine HESITATES, ROLLS HER EYES AT ME and finally gives it back with everything but an "Mmhmm" As I left, the security guard is now staring me down. I was right. I currently have a complaint registered with corporate and when my VALID check clears from my mobile deposit, I will most likely be ending my relationship with Bank of America over how Jazmine profiled me.
Response from the ownerHi, Taylor. We apologize for your experience and your feedback will be escalated. Please reach out to our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica and we’ll follow-up with you. ^joseph

Rome C1Poor poor customer service at best. Find yourself a local bank and get that personal service that you are looking for. These large national banks lack that. Not to mention the excessive fees they charge. These days there is no need for a bank that has a national presence when you can do everything online and via a local app. Today I made that decision to make the change.

Jimmy Adorno1This branch is a problem for me and for others.. every time I come in for deposit or motorized anything they always give me issues such as we can’t take you now do to many appointments and I just have 1 letter to be motorized how long that takes.. and why is only one person with that skill set? They rude and no services skills not coming back to this branch ever...
