  This is Tiffany. Anyone that gives this place a bad review is just lying. They are the most caring company i have ever been to. I have been going to them for years now and have not had one problem. They have worked with me in regards to me putting stuff in pawns, whether it's Extensions or a higher price for my pawn than what most places I have ever been to. Also I get good prices on nice gold Jewelry. I would say I almost feel like family because I'm in there so much. They take what they do very seriously and will not jerk you around. Love you guys.   I love Presto Pawn. I have purchased several items, and pawned items also. They are so friendly. They are always helpful. I have been to other pawn shops, but Presto Pawn, by far, out ways the others on customer service, and working with you, if you have an issue. Eli, Val, Richard and the gang, Thank You!!! You all have helped us, in our hard times.

  I can’t tell you how grateful I am that Presto Pawn exists!! I was so worried after being laid off due to covid and while I was experiencing financial hardships aka the landlord and car company not so subtly asking for their payments. I was faced with how I was going to be able to afford these past due bills despite recently starting new employment. I luckily received a flyer from a friend with information on Presto providing collateral loans and had a few electronics at home not being used. I quickly gathered up any tools and electronics I had available also jewelry that I haven’t worn in a long time. Upon being in my items I was greeted and treated like a person not just someone trying to get a loan. My items were quickly appraised and I was provided with a loan in the matter of minutes. I was glad to be able to finally pay my past due debts but ultimately I was happy for Presto being there to provide me the relief from the financial stresses I was facing!!

  Went to Presto Pawn this morning for the first time. Was politely greeted on arrival. I felt very comfortable and was surprised to such a great variety of merchandise. Very nice and professional staff. Thanks for helping me when I needed a little extra cash.

  I've been going to Presto for about three years now and I iooo9leep coming back because they're very professional and polite and understanding. The bad reviews only come from people who feel "robbed" or "disrespected" either because they couldn't pawn or sell their own item(s) for a price that they thought was fair or because they couldn't negotiate a deal so that they could buy something cheaper than said price. Depending on the time of day, you're usually in and out in ten to 15 minutes.

  This place is straight up sanitation. I don't even want to put one star just to leave a comment. Heres my opinion👎💩👎💩👎💩👎💩👎💩. They will try you with drug addict offers. And the price for their items are even worse you might as well go buy yourself a new one. You have more chances of getting more money from a homeless person then this place. I would recommend value pawn or cash America at least there not bios and rob you the with your merchandise. Whoever is leaving these 5 star reviews must be on drugs, desperate or just stupid. I meant every word i said. I rest my case from reply i got from the owner regarding the review i posted. Since they call our property "garbage" now you know what they think of you and there customers property... Garbage!!!

  Sorry you had a bad experience here. I have owned and been in business here at Presto pawn for over 15 years. You don't stay in business that long if you disrespect a customer with low offers. We don't force anyone to sell to us or buy from us. Your opinion of your merchandise may be different from ours. As you have a different opinion about our merchandise. Thank you.

  This place is terrible, very rude and disrespected my family. I would never come back here ever again because of the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. All the workers there are terrible they might have an extra chromosomes or something.
