  I bought an air compressor here. Staff asked me what I was going to do with it and suggested I go with a larger one. I chose not to. The guy who rung me up was kind enough to add a replacement plan free of charge saying, “Bring it back if it doesn’t do the job.” It did the job, but felt too small. I brought it back, and got a larger one that was somewhat old. I tested it in the store to see if it would turn on. It did. Unfortunately I didn’t check if it would bring the tank up to full pressure. I found this out after bringing it home. I had bought the replacement plan this time, knowing it was an older machine. Turns out it didn’t pressurize all the way. I brought it back. The manager gave a knowing smile when I came back. “Here’s what you need.” He pointed out out a Bosch 6 gallon compressor without a scratch on it priced 2/3 of retail. I said I liked it, but it didn’t have an air hose included like the others did. He said he’d find me one without raising the price. Great customer service, good products, and they solve problems. I also bought a the Cadillac model Dewalt cordless drill here for $50. They retail for 300. Couldn’t be happier with my purchases.

  I went there to upgrade my bracelet and they only offered me $60 for a bracelet that I bought from them December 2016 for $150, PLUS a $15 fee that I wasn’t even aware was added to the bill. I went to another pawn shop a mile away and was offered $90! I sold it and purchased another one for $250. The employee was very cold and didn't seem to care. This place was awful! Value Pawn will never see me again!

  After getting reasonable prices for old gold jewelry I hadn't worn in forever, I had them look at an engagement set originally $7,200, almost colorless, certified, etc from a reputable jeweler. They offered less than $800. No way.

  Worst place to pawn your stuff at I just tried to pawn a tv and she tells me that she can give $65 but you going to sell it for more than u Offered me that’s crazy! Don’t go to this place
