      Every single branch takes forever to complete simple deposits and transactions. This morning at the North Monroe branch there was 1 line open and 2 cars in front of me....it took 30 minutes for 1 car to be serviced....I am still sitting in line at 12:05 on a Saturday and been in line since 11:30. There are at least 5 cars behind me. The car currently in front of me has been at the window for 15 minutes and still isn't completed. You need to do better.

      They were busy when a banker was coming out of his booth finalizing with his customer, ignoring me waiting and making eye contact with him. I asked if there was only 1 banker and he answered in the affirmative, but no other directives, apologies and walked away leaving the post where he was.???? I felt tension in the atmosphere for some reason. February the 3rd week was assisted by Amelia which turned my Negative earlier experience into a 5 Star....THANK YOU 2022.... I ordered checks at the window a week or so later was told to come and pick them up at the bank. I Went to the drive-in window again to pick them up and the package had been cut open. I asked the reason for this and was told they wanted to look at it to see what was in it??? I did call the 1-800 number of Regions Bank... they had no answer for me either. I gave it back to them and asked them to hold on to those checks and cancel the processing.

      Where anyone is more important than you. Made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. Was told to wait. Left in disgust while still waiting.

      Regions once again has failed me. I currently have a business account in my name and a new chair was elected so I needed to switch ownership. We drove two hours to meet in the middle (in Tallahassee at the North Monroe location) and we were not able to be seen since we did not have an appointment. We understand that due to COVID things are changing, however you would think that we would be accommodated since we drove a total of 4 hours to this bank. When it comes to hospitality this is not it. I typically am a positive person, however this just will not due. We work hard for our money and we should be with an entity that respects us and our finances. I see why this branch has a rating of one, I should have listened when I was warned. Please don’t be like me. Use anything but this location.

      I deposited $800 in the ATM on last night only to receive a receipt stating there were technical issues and if I didn’t receive my items to visit a branch or call. I was there first thing this morning and was informed whom ever services the ATM would come out today and my funds will be deposited back into my account possibly this evening or tomorrow once they see the overage. I call to get an update and was given different info. It makes me never want to use an ATM again as well as close my account here. Customer service isn’t the best. The automotive phone service isn’t any better. I’m just over it!

      I’ve been backing with regions since 2016 and the last two years has been very hard dealing with them! I hate to leave them, but I’m closing my account and taking my money somewhere else! Somewhere where I can receive good customer service! Banking with them haven’t been beneficial! I’ve been lied to and I’ve been given the run around about my money that I worked hard for! Flagging my account for fraudulent activity is fine but my money shouldn’t be placed on hold for a weekend plus 5 to 10 business days! I have no access to my money because they insist they can’t lift the hold! Such a inconvenience and inconsiderate of them! Amelia comments was insensitive, she was rude, very unprofessional! I don’t understand why she’s working for the company!

      This branch is by far THE BEST. Today, I left the Apalachee branch and drove clear across town, and it was well worth it. Every time I visit I receive the best customer service! Last time is lost my debit card and Nicholas Manson replaced it with a new one, making the entire experience seamless. Today I met with him again, and experienced the same great customer service, thank you so much!!!!

      DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS if you like your money. I deposited my check in the ATM 8 DAYS AGO, and they still haven’t processed my check. I’ve gone into the branch 3 or 4 times and I’ve gotten calls back from the bogus “email to have a real person call you” system. After one call with them they refused to talk to me anymore. Not only that, but I had a bill post and they charged me a late fee for it!!! They charged me for not paying the bill BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO EITHER GIVE ME BACK MY CHECK OR PROCESS IT. I’ve been promised PROMISED twice so far by regions employees I would have my money two different days. Still no money.

      This is a PSA for people who are not members of Regions Bank - DO NOT USE THEIR ATM's. The North Monroe branch's ATM ate my card for no apparent reason, and when I tried to call the ONLY number available on the web (generic for Regions everywhere), they said they couldn't help but there should be a number on the ATM machine (lies) or call the local branch the next business day. So ...... good luck finding a telephone number for any Regions Branch other than the aforementioned national/generic number to nowhere. Fortunately, I have a friend with inside contacts that was able to provide me a number to the local N. Monroe Street branch. Progress!! Just kidding. The person that answered that number sounded surprised to receive an outside call (which would be humorous if I weren't so aggravated), and after telling me that any card taken by the machine is shredded, he promptly hung up on me. I would love to post his number right here in bold font, but out of respect for my friend I won't do that - lucky for that jackbag. While I realize I'm not a Regions customer, who treats people calling into your company like this?! If I could give zero stars I would.

      I am NOT happy with how they handled the "check cashing vs Deposit" funds transaction! for instance if you wanted to cash a check from another bank account... no problem, the funds are given to you right then and there... BUT if you wanted to deposit it into your account so that you are not carrying cash, your funds are NOT available until the following business day! I will be finding a new bank! this was ridiculous! and they are not willing to allow me to go up there and cash the check to take my son to his dentist appointment because "it has been longer than 15 minutes" I live 1 hour away! they are my closest regions bank! THANK YOU FOR NOT HELPING ME AND ALLOWING ME TO WASTE MY GAS!
