  This place is a total waste of time. I've never been able to simply cash a check here, but it's never been a problem cashing the same checks elsewhere. The employee I've encountered doesn't speak clearly or loudly enough to understand and I refuse to ask for a misunderstood sentence to be repeated after 3 or more failed attempts. I do not have a hearing problem, patience deficiency, or a negative attitude but, this place frustrates me enough that I will avoid it like the plague!

  We regret we weren't able to help you with your check. If it is your first time to cash with us, or whenever the check is from someone we haven't cashed before. we have to verify with both the issuer and their bank, to make sure they wrote the check, and that there are sufficient funds in the account to clear the check. As for the teller being hard to understand we apologize for that - between talking through a window, wearing the masks, etc is has sometimes been a challenge to communicate. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to try and help you again in the future /.
