James Cole1Slowest service ever. I have been sitting in the drive thru for almost an hour now. So frustrating wasting time and expensive gas. Maybe you should hire more people so your customers don't pay the price.

Boyd Reed1I've been with arvest bank since 1993 and I like that they have various branches all over but if they don't open the lobbies past 4:00 pm I'll be looking for another bank . Most working folks don't get off work until 4 or 5 . And I prefer to do my business inside. Maybe someone should tell them that Tulsa and the state are open for business and quit listening to the cdc .

patricia factory1I originally was at the Owasso branch and never had any problems what so ever, now I'm at this branch and I'm not satisfied to say the lease. When I opened my account I declined overdraft protection, because I did not want to deal with NSF charges, but guess what I received an NSF charge today, spoke with them on the phone and they said because I have a recurring monthly charge that comes out of this account pretty much they had to send the payment through thus making me get NSF charges. Now this has never happened in the past eventhough they say this is not a new policy, they did not care and would not remove the charge, I'm very disappointed in them at this point and will be looking for a new bank, especially since I have a sizeable settlement in the next month coming my way. Would not recommend them at all!!!

Cory Scott1Horrible drive thru wait times! I’m really considering pulling my checking and savings and start a new account somewhere like Bank of America. If you don’t have accounts here don’t even think about getting one. You will thank me later.

MrMcgill91I have been in line for an hour… I have only moved 2 car spaces…I went he because the 2nd and memorial bank was slow… I think this location takes that slowest bank title…y’all are slower then the snail…pick up the pace please…people don’t deserve suck lousy service from a bank

Tia G1The bank staff is very slow. They have three people in offices, but only one person was helping the six people waiting in the lobby. It took 2.5 hours just to be seen. They really need to plan their schedule better.

Phuc Nguyen2Service drive thru extremely slow .What is wrong with this?That is unacceptable for customer in hurry.that is usually it takes more than 20 minutes per customer !!!! It is needed to be changed otherwise customer will run away .
