  The teller Sherrie and her helper was the best experience i had with and bank. I always did prepaid cards. I used to have this bank 9 years ago but fell on bad times. Not only did Sherrie call to see if i can get an account back she went above and beyond and helped with a payments plan for my old account. Im so happy for her and this bank 10000%%%

  We have used this bank for years. We started using it at a time when our credit was extremely bad and we were using overdraft almost daily. They took great care of us for many years but we have chosen to go away from themdo to multiple issues with card fraud and having to argue with them that it wasn't us. The last time and they approved that it was not us to use the card but because the company had not ran their debits through at the business that someone used to card fraudulently at and they closed the claims stating that it was not our fault but then they issued another credit on there that was not us and we had to go back up I had to reopen the claim and then they still stated that they may or may not give us the money back because they have to reinvestigate it even though they know that it wasn't us it was the company that the person ran the card through and it was the way that that business did their transactions by waiting to the weekend instead of that day.

  Great customer service. Always make sure their clients are well taken care of. Very nice, patient and kind. Especially my boy Tymon. Highly recommend this bank.

  I normally have a horrible time when talking to someone over the phone. 9/10 they are just so rude for no reason. But today Ms. Princess was amazing. She got on the phone nice and respectfully. Helped me with everything I need and didn’t take 5 hours to do so. More of these employees should be more like her! So thank you Ms. Princess for being that bright light I needed today!

  From the start they used my Old address and Info from a previous account over 15 yrs back— I thought ok were human, we make mistakes but one thing after another — Bank is TERRIBLE If I could’ have gave them 0 Stars I would —- they sent away my bf depositing Cash to me and I am in another town, near no branch, no money STUCK!! Then they limit my withdraws w/o my acknowledgement — Runnnnnnnn—- don’t waste your time & energy like I DID THEY suck... sorry not sorry

  If I could give this bank a 0 I would. I have been with them 4 months. First I have deposited numerous of checks here and 2 weeks ago I deposited a check and they are still holding it. I have talked to 3 reps in 2 days they each tell me of I want my check they would release it for a fee. Secondly I closed an account and opened a new account cause someone got my bank info. Needless tho say the rep never closed my account all he did was transfer my money to a new account left the old one open now the old one has been overdrafts 113 cause of it. So now I have to pay this off and actually get it closed cause people dont want to do their job. I have never overdraft before. I'm going in tomorrow after working and leaving this bank. I have many family and friends with city national. All my family will be following me over to bancfirst. Never will I recommend this bank to anyone.
