  did not have a good experience working with Kyle for our solar loan. seemed intentionally difficult. got a different loan, shopped around and got something that worked better and got approved in 10 minutes. wouldn't recommend for solar loan underwriting.

  I called valley strong and talked to the most miserable person person named margarita. It’s not my fault you’re disappointed with you’re life. Get a new job if you don’t like what you’re doing margarita! I hope you get new training.

  I got an email notification of approval for $5,000. I got the money in my account in less than an hour. APR was actually lower than what was in the email. Quickest loan I ever got: APR close to 10%.

  The staff in Customer Services and the Loan Department are simply AMAZING! They helped with purchasing, financing and paying for a car for my mom out of state.   I applied for a car loan over the phone. The loan was approved very fast. As I was on a time line to purchase a commercial vehicle after being in a car accident which totalled out my van. The Loan processor name was Daisy. She emailed me my pre approval letter. The vehicle I purchased was out of town. The dealer contacted the bank while the paperwork was being processed. My loan process at the bank called me while my wife and I was at the dealership to make sure everything was going smooth. That was quite impressive. My interest rate was even lower than my original quote. I highly recommend Valley Strong for all your financial needs. To make it even better I was given the option of no payments for 90 days. I have purchased several new cars in my life. This was the best service I have ever received! Thank you Daisy and the Valley Strong team for doing a excellent job!

  I recently applied for a car loan through Valley Strong. I had no expectations due to a recently discharged bankruptcy. My current vehicle wasn't reporting my payments anymore and needed a new car to do just that. Mara H. was the representative that assisted me through the loan process. To my surprise, I was approved for a set amount. I purchased my new 2021 Toyota Corolla LE at North Bakersfield Toyota. The dealership contacted Valley Strong about my loan and they were to up the amount I was approved for. Thank you so much Valley Strong and thank you Mara.
