  We had a unique purchase. Wanting to keep current home, turn in to an investment property and buy another. Nick Cushman and Monica Morales made this easier than applying for a credit card or even booking a doctor's appointment.They gave us a list of documents they needed (easy things, not anything hard to find), processed our loan, once in a while sent documents to us via email to sign and that was it! Literally 27 days later we have the home of our dreams and now a rental property as well. Thanks to Level One, Monica, Nick and the rest of their team our mini property empire is growing. They are amazing!!!!! Use them. Trust me, I am a hard person to please if things go even a tiny but off plan I am not well pleased and i have NOTHING but great things to say about this team. They even met us at our new home with a Welcome gift when we went to the new house to get our keys from our realtor, the amazing Nick Megazzi. They were the first friends we had over to visit in our new home. So, so happy!

  There is not one bad thing that I can say about them! They are such a great team! From the start to the end, they kept us in the loop with everything! We were first time home buyers and went in not knowing much about the process, but they were sure to inform us about everything! They know the process so they were ahead of everything when it came to getting stuff turned in that would be asked for. Any questions? They had all the answers. We worked specifically with Monica and she was great!! We would definitely work with this team again if we get the chance too! Highly recommend!!
